§ 151.164 STAYING OF ORDER UNDER APPEAL.
   Except for vacation orders made pursuant to § 151.066, enforcement of any notice and order of the City Code Enforcement Officer issued under this code shall be stayed during the pending of an appeal therefrom which is properly and timely filed.
