§ 151.162 EFFECT OF FAILURE TO APPEAL.
   Failure of any person to file an appeal in accordance with § 151.161 or a notice to vacate with the provisions of § 151.067 shall constitute a waiver of their right to an administrative hearing and adjudication of the notice and order or any portion thereof.
