Whenever the city becomes aware that a dumpster or garbage container at any location is overflowing, and the contractor is not scheduled to pick up the garbage at that location on that day, the city will notify the contractor of the situation. The contractor will make reasonable efforts to collect the garbage from that location as soon as possible. The contractor will be entitled to collect an extra fee from the customer for such additional collection service.
