§ 36.067 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   RURAL PROPERTY. All platted or unplatted property not developed for commercial, industrial or urban residential purposes within the corporate limits of the city and placed by the city within the rural service district as provided by this subchapter.
   URBAN PROPERTY. All platted property developed for commercial, industrial or urban residential purposes within the corporate limits of the city and placed by the city within the Urban Service District as provided by this subchapter.
