§ 36.015 PURPOSE.
   The purpose of this subchapter is to provide a Capital Replacement Reserve Fund for the City Law Enforcement Center and other purposes authorized by SDCL § 9-21-31, including paying off the City Regional Law Enforcement facility center bond debt early.
