§ 36.001 ESTABLISHMENT OF FUND.
   (A)   The city hereby establishes a fund to be designated as the Casualty Reserve Fund.
   (B)   The city shall, in its annual appropriation, set forth a specific amount of monies not to exceed the sum of $30,000, which shall be deposited in the Casualty Reserve Fund and said amount appropriated shall be transferred to the Casualty Reserve Fund.
