§ 34.10 HALFWAY HOUSE OPERATIONAL COMMAND AND CONTROL.
   The city halfway house shall be under the command and control of a Halfway House Supervisor, who shall have such personnel under his or her command as determined by the City Council. The Halfway House Supervisor shall answer to, and shall be under the direct supervision of the Public Safety Commissioner.
