§ 33.40 FIRE MARSHAL.
   (A)   The Chief of the Fire Department shall be the Fire Marshal, but he or she shall receive no compensation therefor.
   (B)   It shall be the duty of the Fire Marshal to attend to the enforcement of the provisions of this subchapter and all other provisions pertaining to the protection from fire.
   (C)   The Fire Marshal shall have the authority to declare a structure unsafe for occupancy based upon any damage sustained at an emergency.
   (D)   The Fire Marshal shall have the right to enter upon any premises at all reasonable hours for the purpose of inspecting the same. Such right of entry, however, is subject to § 151.058(C) of this code of ordinances.
