(A) Except as otherwise provided in this chapter and except as necessary and incidental to airport operations, no structure or tree shall be constructed, altered, maintained or allowed to grow in any airspace zone defined herein, so as to project above any of the imaginary airspace surfaces.
(B) Where an area is covered by more than one height limitation, the more restrictive limitation shall prevail.
