(A) There is hereby established a planning commission for the city which shall be designated as City Planning Commission.
(B) The Planning Commission shall keep a record of all proceedings, including minutes, showing the vote of each member upon each question, or if absent or failure to vote indicating such fact, and shall keep records of its examinations and other official actions, all of which shall be a public record and be filed with the City Finance Officer within two days. The Planning Commission shall adopt from time to time, subject to the approval of the City Council, rules and regulations, as it may deem necessary for the conduct of its affairs and to carry the appropriate provisions of this subchapter into effect. The Commission shall be compensated for its service as determined by the City Council.
