After the provisions relating to conditional uses have been fulfilled, the Board of Adjustment may permit as conditional uses in a Two-Family Residential District (R-2):
(A) Multi-family dwellings, pursuant to R-3 lot square footage, yard and parking requirements;
(B) Day care centers;
(C) Day cares, group family home;
(G) Golf courses;
(I) Signs, bulletin board;
(J) Signs, portable; and
(K) Signs, ground and monument.
