§ 154.121 PRINCIPAL PERMITTED USES AND STRUCTURES.

   The following principal uses and structures shall be permitted in a Two-Family Residential District (R-2):

   (A)   Dwellings, single-family;

   (B)   Dwellings, two-family;

   (C)    Schools, public;

   (D)   Schools, private or denominational;

   (E)   Churches;

   (F)   Parks; and

   (G)   Utility facilities.
