§ 32.01 FINANCE OFFICER WITH ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES.
   (A)   The Council, pursuant to SDCL § 9-14-3 as amended, establishes the office of City Finance Officer instead of an Auditor or Treasurer.
   (B)   The Mayor shall appoint, with the approval of the Council, a Finance Officer with administrative duties, who shall perform such duties as outlined in the job description as prescribed by the Council, pursuant to SDCL § 9-14-3.
   (C)   The Finance Officer, with administrative duties, in addition to having the normal duties and responsibilities of a Finance Officer, shall be responsible to the Mayor and Council for the proper administration of the city.
