The Board of Adjustments, pursuant to the zoning regulations (Chapter 154 of this code of ordinances) for the city, shall have the power to find that any temporary or seasonal building which has not had the transparent material in good maintenance removed 30 days after the temporary building has been abandoned for the season is a nuisance pursuant to this subchapter.
