§ 151.105 PERMIT PROCESS.
   Any person desiring to erect, alter or repair or remove any building, into or within the corporate limits shall file an application therefor with the City Finance Officer for a permit for such purposes, and furnish plans and specifications sufficient for the Council to determine whether such building, alteration or repair is in compliance with the provisions of this subchapter and shall furnish plans and specifications, together with a photograph of any building proposed to be moved into the city or of any building proposed to be moved from one location to another within the city, and if said permit is granted by the Council, the applicant shall furnish a bond to the city in the sum of $500 for the faithful performance of and the carrying out of the alteration or repair of any such building moved into the city limits of said city, according to the application of the person applying for such permit, and such bond shall be approved by the Council and when said bond is so approved such permit shall be signed by the City Finance Officer.
