Prior to a Council meeting, the Finance Officer shall receive all reports, communications, ordinances, resolutions, contract documents or other matters to be addressed during the Council meeting. The Finance Officer shall arrange a list of such matters according to the order of business and provide each Council member, Mayor, and City Attorney with a copy of the agenda prior to the Council meeting as far in advance of the meeting as time will permit but at least 24 hours prior to the meeting.
