§ 151.056 SCOPE.
   (A)   The provisions of this subchapter shall apply to all dangerous buildings, as herein defined, which are now in existence or which may hereafter become dangerous in this jurisdiction.
   (B)   Definition. For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
      DANGEROUS BUILDINGS. Any buildings or structures that have conditions, from any cause, that endanger the life, limb, health, morals, property, safety or welfare of the general public of their occupants.
