The construction, operation and maintenance of gasoline and oil filling stations within or upon any parking or sidewalk on Main Street of the city or upon any parking or sidewalk within a distance of 75 feet of such Main Street on any street intersecting such Main Street, and within the fire limits of the city is hereby declared to be dangerous, against public safety and a public nuisance.
