There shall not be parked upon any public street or alley in the city for a period of longer than 30 minutes between the hours of 8:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., any truck or other commercial vehicle which is used for the transportation of gasoline, oil, gas or other volatile substance, or where any vehicle is over six feet in width.
