§ 150.104 CIVIL PENALTY FEE SCHEDULE.

   (A)   Civil penalties may be cited under this chapter, although criminal enforcement is not prohibited.

   (B)   The civil penalties for the same violation within any rolling 12-month period shall be as follows:

      (1)   First violation: $50;

      (2)   Second violation: $100;

      (3)   Third violation: $200.

   (C)   Failure to pay an administrative citation fee within the time permitted, will result in an increase of $5 per day of penalty, not to exceed a total of $500, per citation issued.
