(A) There is hereby created in the city a registry of seasonal occupancy structures.
(B) Owners of real property are required to register all seasonal occupancy structures within 30 days of the vacancy.
(C) Structures that are not currently inhabited which qualify as a seasonal occupancy structure at the time of the enactment of this subchapter must register within 30 days after notification of the enactment of this subchapter.
