A certain document, which is on file in the office of the Planning and Zoning Administrator of the city, being marked and designated as the 2018 International Property Maintenance Code, as published by the International Code Council, Inc., be and is hereby adopted as the Property Maintenance Code for the city; for the control of property maintenance as herein provided; and each and all of the regulations, provisions, penalties, conditions and terms said Property Maintenance Code are hereby referred to, adopted and made part hereof, as is fully set out in this chapter, with the additions, insertions, deletions and changes as prescribed within the subchapters of this chapter.
