(A) The city will adopt and follow the rate schedule set by the state for travel expenses for officials, employees and volunteer fire personnel while representing the city. This will be updated annually as the state adjusts each year on July 1.
(B) No elected official, employee or volunteer fire personnel shall receive any remuneration while performing any services for the city within a radius of ten miles of the corporate limits.
