§ 113.01 LICENSE REQUIREMENT.
   No person shall operate, hire out, keep or use for hire upon the streets of the city any taxi cab, cab, bus or buses, or any other vehicle of any description or name whatsoever for the conveyance of passengers for hire within the city without first obtaining a license for each of said vehicles.
