§ 112.05 RIGHT TO REVOKE LICENSE.
   The Council shall have the right to revoke any license granted under this chapter if it determines upon investigation and after hearing the licensee has violated any of the provisions of this chapter and providing that a notice of hearing shall be served upon the licensee named in the license at least five days before the hearing, either by personal service of a copy of the notice or by mailing a copy of the same to the person at the address given in the application. If any license granted under this chapter were revoked, no refund of the license fee shall be made.
