§ 110.18 OFF-SALE SALES.

No package or off-sale licensee within the city shall sell or allow to be sold alcoholic beverages between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m. Sales may occur any day of the year including New Year’s Day, Memorial Day and Christmas Day if the licensee so chooses.
