(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.
(B) A violation of § 95.20 is a Class 2 misdemeanor.

(C) A violation of § 95.21 is a Class 2 misdemeanor.

(D) In addition to the penalties provided, any violation of § 95.20 that involves littering with an aggregate weight of more than five pounds is punishable by a fine not to exceed $1,000, of which 20% shall be paid to any person who provides information that leads to the conviction of any person for an offense that is subject to the provisions of this section. In addition, the court shall order the person who has been convicted to gather and dispose of litter in the area for a length of time to be determined by the court.
