§ 92.32 TRIMMING TREE BRANCHES.

   (B)   All large established trees shall be trimmed in such a manner so as to allow ten feet clearance over sidewalks and 12 feet clearance over all streets; provided, however, that trees along principal traffic thoroughfares shall be trimmed so as to allow clearance of at least 16 feet.
   (C)   The city shall have the right to prune any tree or shrub on private property that obstructs the view of any street, intersection, street lighting or visibility of any traffic-control device or sign or interferes with the delivery of electrical services by overhead power lines or causes danger to public safety or private or public property through transmission of electric power by overhead distribution lines.
