Vehicles, motor or otherwise, may be parked upon the south side of Sixth Street; said vehicle so parked to be parallel to the curb and no closer than four feet to any other vehicle, front and rear, and the front and rear wheels on the right of such vehicle shall not be more than 12 inches from the curb. No vehicle, motor or otherwise having a width exceeding six feet six inches shall be permitted to park on 6th Street.
