No vehicle shall be permitted to make a complete turn or a turn of 180 degrees on the following streets:
(A) The intersection of Main Street with Second Street;
(B) The intersection of Third Street and Fourth Street;
(C) On East Seventh Street between the intersections of:
(1) East Seventh and Main; and
(2) East Seventh and East County Road.
(D) The intersection of U.S. Highway 18-183 with South Dakota Highway 44 on the eastern edge of the city.
