No major recreational equipment, such as travel trailers, pickup campers, coaches, tent trailers and the like, shall be parked on a city street in a residential district for more than 72 hours. No such equipment shall be occupied for living, sleeping, or housekeeping purposes while it is parked on a city street. No slide or other expandable portion of such equipment shall be open, expanded or extended to protrude into a city street at any time.
