(A) No use may be made of land within any airport approach zone, airport turning zone, or airport transition zone in such a manner as to:
(1) Create electrical interference with radio communication between the airport and aircraft;
(2) Make it difficult for flyers to distinguish between airport lights and other;
(3) Result in glare in the eyes of flyers using the airport;
(4) Impair visibility in the vicinity of the airport; or
(5) Endanger the landing, taking-off, or maneuvering of aircraft.
(B) No use shall be made of any building or area set aside for airport use at the Winner Municipal Airport which is not directly associated with aeronautical activity.
