(A) No structure or tree shall be erected, altered, allowed to grow or maintained in any airport approach zone, airport turning zone or airport transition zone to a height in excess of the height limit herein established for such zone.
(B) The height limits established shall be done by the Board of Adjustment and shall not exceed those limits which are set by the Federal Aviation Administration unless a variance is permitted by the said Federal Aviation Administration, and such limit regulations established by the Board of Adjustment shall be made available to the public in the permanent records of the said Board of Adjustment.
