All of the land within the boundaries of the Winner Municipal Airport, and within the number of miles of the landing area of the airport determined as necessary by the Board of Adjustment in accordance with the requirements and recommendations of the Federal Aviation Administration, shall be divided by the Board of Adjustment into airport approach zones, airport turning zones and airport transition zones. The boundaries of which will be shown on the Winner Airport Approach plan as the same is amended from time to time by the Board of Adjustment in conjunction with the Federal Aviation
Administration.
