(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.
(B) Any government entity that uses the city’s water main for heating and cooling purposes and does not comply with the regulations for testing shall be in violation and as such, shall be guilty of a Class 2 misdemeanor each day such violation is committed, or permitted to continue, and shall constitute a separate offense and shall be punishable as such, pursuant to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
