§ 51.47 CHARGE PER THOUSAND GALLONS OF WATER.
   Water may be supplied at the location determined by the city at a rate set by the Council by resolution from time to time per 1,000 gallons. The user will be billed by the City Administrator-Clerk-Treasurer.
