§ 51.45 DEPOSIT.

All users of water who rent from a property owner must make an application for service to the City Administrator-Clerk-Treasurer, make a deposit of $75, and pay all consumer charges under this chapter. Any unused balance of the deposit will be returned when the water service is discontinued.
