§ 32.13 ADOPTION OF FARIBAULT COUNTY MUTUAL AID ASSOCIATION AGREEMENT.
   (A)   The City Council authorizes its Fire Department to provide services outside of the corporate city limits.
   (B)   The City Council approves and adopts the Faribault County Mutual Aid Association and Joint and Cooperative Agreement for the Use of Fire Personnel and Equipment, dated January 4, 2001.
