(A) All unattached accessory buildings must be located in such a way that building eaves will be located a minimum of one foot inside the property lot line.
(B) No unattached accessory building shall be located nearer the front lot line than the principal building on the lot.
(C) Accessory buildings, structures and private garages (excluding attached garages) are limited in size as follows:
(1) One thousand five hundred (1,500) square feet for lots from zero to 0.5 acres or 21,779 square feet or less in size; and
(2) Two thousand five hundred (2,500) square feet for lots greater than 0.5 acres or 21,780 square feet or greater in size.
(D) The maximum allowable height in feet is 21.5 feet (one story buildings only). Two story buildings are allowed by conditional use permit only upon lots of at least two acres in size only.
(E) The maximum allowable height in feet for garage doors is 14 feet.
(F) The maximum number of accessory buildings allowed (excluding attached garage) is as follows:
(1) Two for lots ranging from zero to 0.5 acres or zero to 21,779 square feet; and
(2) Three for lots ranging from 0.5 acres or greater or greater than 21,780 square feet.
(G) Exterior finish standards. The exterior finish of accessory buildings and structures, including detached garages, shall be of the same general design and materials as the home or of color compatible metal panels. All architectural features, soffits, fascia eave overhangs and the like shall match the similar features on the home.
