§ 31.18  OFFICER, RULES, EMPLOYEES, SALARIES AND EXPENSES.
   The Authority shall elect a President, Vice President, Treasurer and Secretary, each of which shall perform the duties of the office in the manner specified in the Act.  The Authority shall elect the President and Vice President at the same time.  The other offices may be held by the same officer.
