§ 113.031 CLOSING HOURS.
   (A)   All establishments holding on and off-sale licenses for the sale of 3.2% malt liquor shall be closed by 12:30 a.m. each day.
   (B)   No sale of such 3.2% malt liquor shall be made after 4:00 p.m. on December 24 in each year.
   (C)   There shall be no consumption of malt liquor on the premises holding such “on-sale” license between the hours of 12:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. on any day.
