§ 77.02 PERMIT REQUIRED.
   (A)   No person shall operate a motorized golf cart, utility task vehicle, all-terrain vehicle, or mini-truck on streets, alleys, sidewalks or other public property without obtaining a permit issued by the city.
   (B)   Every application for a permit under this chapter shall be made on a form supplied by the city and shall contain the following information:
      (1)   The name and address of the applicant.
      (2)   The nature of the applicant’s phsycial handicap, if any.
      (3)   The model name, make, year, and number of the motorized golf cart, UTV, ATV, or mini-truck.
      (4)   Other information as the city may require.
   (C)   Permit fee. The permit fee shall be set forth in the city’s fee schedule as passed by resolution of the City Council from time to time.
   (D)   Permits shall be granted for a period of three years and may be renewed.
