§ 72.99 PENALTIES.

Violations of the provisions of Chapter 72 shall be subject to the administrative offense penalties authorized by § 96.09 of the Winnebago City Code or the provisions of § 10.99 of the Winnebago City Code if not properly adjudicated by the administrative offense procedures of Chapter 96 of the Winnebago City Code.
