§ 93.01 ALL DEBRIS, ASHES, REFUSE AND OBSTRUCTIONS OF EVERY NATURE REMOVED FROM STREETS.
   (A)   The word PERSON, as used in this section, shall be construed as including individuals, copartnerships, associations, corporations and employees of the person.
   (B)   No person shall in any manner or under any circumstances deposit or allow any deposit of debris, ashes, refuse, obstructions, unsightly or unsanitary matter of any kind whatever to be made or remain in the streets and alleys in the city.
   (C)   All conveyances used in removing debris, ashes, refuse, obstructions, unsightly or unsanitary matter of any kind whatever from the streets and alleys or from private property in the city or passing through the city over and along the streets and alleys shall be provided with tight boxes or tight receptacles and shall be so loaded and conveyed that none of the debris, ashes, refuse, obstructions, unsightly or unsanitary matter of any kind whatever may fall from the conveyance or in any way or manner be left or deposited on the streets or alleys.
