A person must not act or fail to act in a manner that is or causes a public nuisance as defined in §§ 92.16-92.22 of the Winnebago City Code. A person must not maintain, allow or permit a public nuisance to exist on property that the person owns, occupies or otherwise controls as set forth in §§ 92.16-92.22 of the Winnebago City Code. A violation of any of the provisions of §§ 92.16-92.22 of the Winnebago City Code can be subject to the administrative offenses penalties as established from time to time by resolution of the City Council per § 96.09 of the Winnebago City Code or charged as a misdemeanor violation as set forth in § 10.99 of the Winnebago City Code.
