§ 72.05  TRUCK ROUTES.
   (A)   Map. The city truck route map and all notations, references and data shown thereon are adopted and made part of this chapter and will be on permanent file for public inspection in City Hall. It shall be the responsibility of the city to maintain the map, and amendments thereto shall be recorded within 30 days after official publication of amendments.
   (B)   Signs. The city shall erect appropriate signs on streets designated City Truck Route.
   (C)   Restrictions.
      (1)   All designated truck routes inside city limits have a ten ton per axle limit.
      (2)   No trucks may block any alley or driveway.
      (3)   No truck parking within 75 feet of any intersection.
      (4)   No truck parking on any designated street for more than 12 consecutive hours in any 24 hour period.
      (5)   Refrigerated units running on a trailer are prohibited within 150 feet of a residence.
      (6)   No truck engine shall be left running for more than one hour.
      (7)   City Council has the right to revoke any individual paring privileges within city limits upon request of the city police department.
