All vehicles on streets in the city and not in motion shall be parked on the right hand side of the street in such manor as not to obstruct public travel, with the following exceptions:
(A) Every motor vehicle stopped or parked upon a two-way roadway, including T.H. 169 where there is any adjacent curb shall be so stopped or parked with the right hand wheels of the vehicle parallel with and within 12 inches of the right hand curb.
(B) On all those portions of the streets that intersect Main Street, all vehicles must park at an angle of 45 degrees from the curb where such angle parking is designated by curb lines or street markings. No vehicle shall be parked on or straddling any such markings.
(C) Parking in city lots is permitted, however, vehicles are required to be moved to facilitate snow removal.
(D) There shall be no parking of any motor vehicle at any time on city sidewalks or in a manner blocking a public or private driveway, or in the city park or within the street right-of-way.
(E) There shall be no parking of any motor vehicle on the public alley of the city, except for the purpose of loading and unloading, provided parking shall be made with the least inconvenience to the passing traffic in said alley.
(F) No trucks loaded with ensilage of any kind shall park on the streets or alleys in the city.
(G) It shall be the duty of the city police to cause any such motor vehicle which is in violation of this section to be ticketed and/or removed by a privately operated towing service and said vehicle shall not be released until fees for towing and storage are paid in full; these fees to be in addition to any fine for he violation of the regulations as herein after stated.
