(A) Exceptions. Any and all city owned vehicles or equipment. All emergency service vehicles. Service or delivery vehicles are allowed on all streets for the sole purpose of services or deliveries.
(B) General rule. The City Council shall retain the power to administer temporary parking privileges or revoke any parking privileges, or erect signs limiting parking in any area by recommendation of the police department.
