In addition to any penalties that may be imposed for violation of any provision of this subchapter, the city may assess against any person the cost of repairing or restoring sewers or associated facilities damaged as a result of the discharge or prohibited wastes by such applicable to the type of service and in accordance with the provisions set forth in §§ 52.110 et seq.
