(A) The Approving Authority and other duly authorized employees of the town, bearing proper credentials and identification, shall be permitted to enter upon all properties, at all reasonable times, for the purpose of inspection, observation, measurement, sampling and testing, in accordance with the provisions of this subchapter.
(B) Authority is hereby granted to the Board of Commissioners to temporarily exclude any industrial waste, whether pre-treated or not, from the sanitary sewers whenever, in the opinion of the Board of Commissioners, such action is necessary for the purpose of determining the effect of such wastes upon the sewers, sewage treatment works or sewage treatment plants.
